At Express My Hart, we strive to ensure that every customer has a positive experience. Please read our refund policy carefully, as it distinguishes between digital artwork and physical artwork.
All digital artwork purchased from www.expressmyhart.co.uk is non-refundable.
This includes:
Digital downloads (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or other file formats)
Digital prints, posters, or files delivered electronically
Reason: Once digital files are downloaded or accessed, they cannot be returned or “undownloaded,” making refunds impractical.
By completing your purchase of digital artwork, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We do allow refunds or exchanges for physical artwork purchased through our website, under the following conditions:
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, and securely packaged.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.
How to request a refund:

We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Digital artwork: Orders cannot be cancelled once completed.
Physical artwork: Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@expressmyhart.co.uk.
